In November 2015, we started out as a small, bistro-style restaurant headed by local chef, Richard Sim. Serving fresh, local ingredients from the surrounding harbours and farms, we offer a relaxed dining. Since then we have gone on to expand the restaurant to include a new dog-friendly area, organised a number of private catering events and have been included in the 2018, 2019, 2000 and 2021 editions of the Michelin Guide.
We are very passionate about using local produce and reducing food miles at The Potted Lobster. We work very closely in partnership with all our suppliers to ensure we can use the freshest ingredients without compromising on quality.
