A Night of Japanese Influence

Join us for a one-off tasting menu inspired by the flavours and techniques of Japanese cuisine, brought to life using the freshest Northumberland seafood and locally sourced produce.

Designed as a feast to share among friends, the menu features dishes such as fresh crab & avocado California rolls, tuna tataki with ponzu, shrimp & seaweed nigiri, Kobi beef with soba noodles, and Japanese black cod with pak choi and sticky rice — finished with a bright cherry & yuzu mousse.

Thoughtful drinks will be available on the night, including Japanese beer, gin, sake and whisky, perfectly suited to the menu.
