We’re currently looking for Servers and Bartenders, a Kitchen Porter, and Chefs at all levels. See job descriptions below.

Positions: Servers and Bartenders

Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available
Season: Summer 2024 (with potential for extended employment)

Job Responsibilities:

Servers:

  • Greet and seat customers with a warm and friendly demeanour.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organised dining area, including resetting tables.
  • Process payments and manage till systems.
  • Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Uphold health and safety regulations at all times.

Bartenders:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
  • Interact with customers, taking drink orders and providing excellent service.
  • Maintain a clean and organised bar area.
  • Monitor and manage bar inventory and supplies.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
  • Collaborate with servers and other team members to ensure efficient service.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 months experience as a cocktail bartender or server in a similar establishment
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Extremely hard working
  • Well presented
  • Strong passion for the industry and guest satisfaction

Positions: Kitchen Porter

The Kitchen Porter position is an important role in our establishment. As a Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area and ensuring that all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized, as well as helping in basic food preparation. This role requires someone who is reliable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. No experience is necessary, just a strong work ethic!

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area, ensuring a hygienic environment.
  • Clean and sanitise all kitchen equipment and utensils.
  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
  • Ensure waste is disposed of properly and recycling protocols are followed.
  • Support the kitchen staff with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:

Positions: Temporary Chefs of All Levels

Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available
Season: Summer 2024 (with potential for extended employment)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu standards.
  • Ensure the highest quality and presentation of all meals served.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Adapt to various kitchen roles and tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months experience working in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
