This winter, join us for a series of exclusive tasting evenings created by our head chef, Anna Evans who has an exceptional talent for pairing bold, captivating flavours. Each menu, inspired by the finest Welsh produce, is thoughtfully designed to highlight exquisite flavour combinations.

Guests will enjoy a memorable night of culinary discovery with our 7-course tasting menu in the relaxed ambiance of our coastal-inspired dining room.
